1. Owner and responsible person. Fuerteventura News is a digital news outlet owned by Pía Peñagarikano Rodríguez, Spanish tax ID 16055307L, address Calle Artemy, 31, n.º 53, 35610 Caleta de Fuste, Antigua, Las Palmas, España. General and editorial contact: redaccion@fuerteventuranews.com. Commercial contact: publicidad@fuerteventuranews.com. The service is provided from Spain through fuerteventuranews.com.

2. Purpose and use. The site provides journalism, public-service information, translated editions and clearly labelled advertising. It must be used lawfully, without harming the service, infringing third-party rights or attempting to access restricted areas. Public content is free unless different terms are expressly disclosed before a service is purchased.

3. Editorial responsibility and external links. Reasonable verification, updating and correction controls are applied, although facts may evolve after publication. General content is not individual professional advice. External links are references and do not imply permanent approval or control of third-party content, availability or policies.

4. Intellectual property. Text, photographs, video, audio, design, trade marks and databases are protected. Uses permitted by law, including properly attributed quotation for reporting where applicable, remain allowed; exploitation beyond those limits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

5. Submissions and correction. Sending material to redaccion@fuerteventuranews.com does not guarantee publication. Senders must act in good faith, provide only necessary information and be entitled to disclose it. A person concerned by inaccurate and harmful facts may send the editor a written correction to redaccion@fuerteventuranews.com within seven calendar days of publication, identifying the item and the facts to be corrected. Valid requests are handled free of charge under Spanish Organic Law 2/1984.

6. Legal channels, availability and governing law. Fuerteventura News’s own editorial, privacy, correction and advertising channels are maintained on the corresponding pages. Reasonable continuity and security measures are used, but absolute availability is not guaranteed. Spanish and European Union law applies. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer, data-protection or journalistic-correction rights.
