The approved Spanish edition is the editorial reference. Other languages are provided for accessibility and must preserve facts, names, figures, dates, places, attribution and context.
Each version must be complete and preserve the facts, names, figures, dates, places, attribution and context of the Spanish text.
When the source changes, earlier versions are invalidated until updated. Errors may be reported to the newsroom. In case of interpretive discrepancy, the Spanish text will be consulted and the translation corrected, without limiting any mandatory rights.
Realistic synthetic images, audio or video, or substantially altered material, will be clearly labelled. Translation and summarisation must not alter quotations or present a non-literal wording as a direct quote.
