Interview with Dori Alessio, artisan and promoter of Hemisferios itrazos

The artisan is bringing a three-year chapter at the helm of her creative space in Fuerteventura to a close. There, working by hand has also become a tool for cognitive stimulation and personal connection. A lack of financial viability has forced Dori Alessio to close the workshop at 108 Calle Virgen de la Peña, in Puerto del Rosario, although she will continue developing projects with people with Parkinson’s and other groups. These days, she is putting her original creations on display and offering them for sale as she closes this chapter and embarks on a new venture.
