Interview with Pau Valverde, spokesperson for the Fuerteventura Tenants’ Union

“Only people mobilising can make things change.” The Fuerteventura Tenants’ Union is urging people to take part in the general stoppage on 11 November. Pau Valverde, speaking on behalf of the organisation, calls for public intervention in the property market, among other measures. Valverde also criticises CCOO and UGT for not backing the union’s housing-related call, which is due to take place at 11:00, while the call by those trade unions is scheduled for 17:30 on the day of the strike.
