Interview with Rosa Guerrero, representative of the Cuidade Salud y Bienestar Integral association

Do we know how to listen to what our bodies are telling us? Can we recognise the signals they send before physical or mental health problems emerge? Therapist Rosa Guerrero, director of the Posición Cero centre in Antigua, has more than four decades of experience in wellbeing and body therapies. She warns that we know very little about our own bodies and calls for greater investment in health education. Guerrero also introduces Cuidare, a new association that has recently begun its work and promotes tools in this area. She also explains the benefits of the diafreotherapy workshop she will lead this Saturday, 24 October.
